The Five Elements of Dragons (Chapter 2)

The Rescue of the Fire Dragon

While Olivia and Emma were flying the Ice Dragon, they spotted a trail of smoke that led to Victon’s lair

“Lets follow that trail of smoke!” exclaimed Emma.

“Ok,” replied Olivia.

They instructed the Ice Dragon to turn and follow that mysterious trail of smoke. When they reached the lair, Olivia and Emma jumped off the Ice Dragon and entered the lair. To their surprise, they saw millions of dragons in millions of dungeons.

“Where did you get all these dragons, Victon?” snapped Olivia.

“DRAGONTOPIA,”  boomed Victon.

“Not Dragontopia, ” shouted Olivia.

“Yes, Dragontopia,” replied Victon viciously.

“See you later!” Victon teased and all the dragons disappeared with him.

Suddenly everything became dark. How dark? See with your own eyes,

Olivia and Emma couldn’t see anything until something glowy red came towards them.

“What is that noise?” questioned Olivia.

“I don’t know,” replied Emma.

A low growl came towards them.

“Who is the expert of animals,” teased Emma.

Suddenly a light came out of nowhere and everything was lit up with the light. The red glowy thing was coming closer and closer until it finally hit a stop.

“It’s the Fire Dragon,” whispered Olivia, dropping her mouth wide open.

Olivia and Emma went outside and leapt on the Ice Dragon. When Olivia and Emma looked back the Fire Dragon was gone!

There was a short pause until Olivia finally said a word, “I have an idea.”

“What idea?” Emma questioned.

“When night falls we will go to the peak of the Mystic Mountains, and we might be able to see the glow of the Fire Dragon!” Olivia exclaimed.

“Great idea,” replied Emma.

“It should be another 1 hour before the night falls,” said Emma excitedly.

“Great,” said Olivia.

(1 hour later)

Emma and Olivia were on the peak of the Mystic Mountains and they could barely see anything.  Just then Olivia spotted something glowy red in Victon’s lair.

“There!” screamed Olivia pointing directly towards Victon’s lair. “Let’s go!” exclaimed Emma.

They rode the Ice Dragon to Victon’s lair, and guess what? Victon was not there.

“I thought Victon was always at his lair,” said Emma.

“Maybe he is hunting for more dragons,” shivered Olivia.

“Let’s go to Dragontopia,” said Emma, “maybe we will find him there!” suggested Emma.

When Emma and Olivia reached Dragontopia, Victon was there! He was standing next to a cauldron with green liquid inside.

On the cauldron, there was a sign saying KEEP OUT.

“What is that liquid you are mixing?” asked Emma.

“This,” replied Victon, “is Pythympicous.”

“If you feed it to dragons, they will listen to whatever you say,” continued Victon, “I am going to feed it to the Fire Dragon,” said Victon in a deep voice.

Victon splashed the potion on the Fire Dragon and suddenly the Fire Dragon’s eyes turned green and picked up the two friends and threw them all the way to the Mystic Mountains, 1.5 km away from Dragontopia.

“How will we get back to Dragontopia without being seen?” questioned Emma.

“I have an idea!” exclaimed Olivia. “We’ll put leaves all over us to look like a bush and we’ll sneak on Victon and the Fire Dragon.”

“Great idea!” exclaimed Emma.

Emma and Olivia both found themselves a very large tree and picked themselves 200 fresh green leaves. To their surprise there were still 1000,000 leaves left on the tree!

Olivia and Emma snuck up close to Victon and didn’t move a muscle.

“I thought that bush was over there!” said Victon.

“I figured out how to get rid of the Fire Dragon’s evilness,” whispered Olivia.

Olivia slooooowly took out an odd looking stuff and threw it outside.

“Oooh, what is this?” questioned Victon. Victon picked up the stuff and waved it at the Fire Dragon. Poof, the Fire Dragon’s eyes turned red again, and threw Victon all the way to the Mystic Mountains.

And that’s the end of Chapter 2. 2 elements restored, 3 more to go.
