Chapter 1. Saving the ice dragon

One boiling summer day, Emma and Olivia were walking along the beach. Emma and Olivia were very different people. Emma was forgiving and caring whilst Olivia was loving and somehow could communicate with animals.

While Emma and Olivia were striding along the beach,they found themselves teleported to a dark cave with long spiky vines and rocks crumbling from the roof. Suddenly, Emma and Olivia heard a roar for help! They walked a long distance and found a turquoise dragon.

Olivia knew a lot about animals and replied,”its the ice dragon, and it helps control the weather with the fire dragon. Without the ice dragon it will be hot forever!” Emma gasped in fear and said ”we cant let that happen!”

Suddenly a shadow appeared from behind and a voice spoke, “I am Victon…THE BEST DRAGON HUNTER EVER! YOUR GOAL IS TO RELEASE THE FIVE MOST IMPORTANT DRAGONS AND DEFEAT ME TO GET EACH ELEMENT, MU HA HA.” “Looks like its all on us,” Emma whispered to Olivia. ”Yup its all on us,” replied Olivia.

Right at that moment, POOF! Victon and the ice dragon both vanished into the thin air and a portal opened! “That was not there before,” Emma exclaimed. ”Should we go in?” Olivia asked curiously. ”I think so,” Emma said, staring at the portal. Emma and Olivia so very slowly, and cautiously stepped in. Through the portal there was a dungeon full of dragons but not the ice dragon. Suddenly, a flashing blue light glowing ahead caught the eyes of Emma and Olivia, the exact colour of the ice dragon was glowing ahead. Emma and Olivia rushed ahead and saw a dungeon with the ice dragon in it! But it was locked.

Out of no where, Olivia saw a tiny mouse on the floor. Olivia could talk to animals so she knelt down and spoke quietly to the mouse, ”do you know where the pair of blue keys are?” She spoke very gently. The mouse made a squeaky noise and ran away.  A few seconds later, the tiny mouse returned with a pair of blue keys! ”Thanks,”Olivia whispered gently to the mouse. Then they used the blue keys and unlocked the cage. ”Now lets get outta here before anything happens,” Emma whispered. The ice dragon, Olivia and Emma ran for their lives and the ice dragon returned to the element cave.

“One pinned down, four more to go,” Olivia sighed.
